To use markers, they need to be enabled first. Start OSD, navigate to Calibration => Markers menu and click "Extension disabled" button. The marker tracking is on when the button is highlighted with text "Extension enabled".

Depending on you marker size, click one of the 3x3, 4x4, 5x5 or 6x6, buttons and save the settings.
