Enabling marker tracking

To use circle markers, they need to be enabled first. Start OSD, navigate to Calibration => Circles beta menu and click "Extension disabled" button. The marker tracking is on when the button is highlighted with text "Extension enabled".

The default circle marker tracking parameters can be set by pressing the "defaults" button .
